I have been following different stories on the Internet of people who have all sorts of different difficulties that they navigate through daily. One of my favorite stories that I have been following is of a young marine who's lifelong dream was to be in the marine corps until retirement. On a night deployment in Iraq his vehicle was hit by an IED that wounded his hand and was eventually amputated, therefore changing his life plan. Now he is consistently making improvements to adapt to everyday life. Along with only having one functional hand, his daughter is diagnosed with a very rare disease that in ables her to sit up, walk, talk, and is fed through a tube. My heart is burdened and I find myself at a loss for words and extremely emotional. What am I able to do to help him and his family through their daily challenges?
Many of you don't know that I have a daughter who three years ago was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy with Marosin Deficiency. She has very low muscle tone, she is unable to walk at this time, and sit up on her own. However, she can scoot around the floor, play, and when it comes to a vocabulary, watch out! She...is... Witty! Every day we thank God for the blessing he has given us, and we are faced with new challenges that keep us believing for daily miracles, monthly miracles, big miracles, and the small miracles.
I know there are so many other stories out there. I know that as I read, I find a new story of someone who is facing similar circumstances and I find myself asking, "what can I do?"
What Can I Do? Thank you to those who submitted prayer requests in regards to this post. It was good to be able to pray for you. I hope that you are able to see the hand of God moving on your different situations.

Then she was born, day after Christmas in fact. An amazing miricle happened with Jesus was born and on the day of my daughters b-day another one seemed to happen. All the issues, missing or not working organs were fixed. She is now a handful little 3 year old. I tell you my story so that your faith in God, weather he choose to bless you with a miracle or bless you with a character builder, is still there making the earth spin and float.
